On Monday, November 6th, I was honored to be a guest at the Inaugural Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel's Navigator's Table Diner Series. This was such an amazing experience. From the Executive Chef, Brett Austin Gardiner's amazing selections, and General Manager, Jim Bartholomay's warm and engaging welcome, to the company and camaraderie of all that were in attendance, it was truly a magical evening. We dove into this dining experience with excitement as the Renaissance took us on an exploration of coastal catches and deep sea delights. We started poolside with Mote Marine and Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar, Hamachi Carpaccio, and Hama Hama Oyster Crudo served with Cotes De Provence Sparkling Rosé. The Caviar and Oyster Crudo were so fresh and paired perfectly with the Sparkling Rosé.
