We had some time before heading to a party so we popped in to the Sacred Pepper, had a seat at the bar, ordered a drink, decided on a few appetizers, and soaked in the atmosphere. Food. Flavors. People. Style. This is their motto and they do not disappoint. The grand interior is the first thing that catches your attention. We felt like we were in a swanky bar from somewhere in the past, both sophisticated and comfortable. You will notice the high ceiling with lots a natural light, gorgeous artistic chandeliers, interesting wall part, and the considerable and stunning bar that looks like it has been lit from within. The hallway that leads to the restrooms make you feel just like you are on the inside of a bottle of champagne. We were greeted with a warm welcome as we slide into our seats at the bar. I went for a classic vodka martini shaken. We then made our appetizer selections and decided on the Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail with avocado, lemon basil dressing and the Blackened Tenderloin Steak Bites with crispy polenta, herb horseradish sauce. Both were absolutely delicious. Even though our visit was a quick one we were impressed and look forward to our next trip back to this amazing restaurant.
